Dymension v3.2.0 Upgrade

This guide assumes that you use cosmovisor to manage upgrades. If you do not use cosmovisor, please adjust some commands accordingly.

The upgrade is scheduled for Block 5135550. It is estimated to take place 9 months ago. A countdown clock is here. The governance proposal is here.

Install New Binary

cd dymension
git pull
git checkout v3.2.0
make install

Check Version

# should be v3.2.0
dymd version

# Should be commit b77a9e11a4e890135274effd48e318c17e231e25
dymd version --long | grep commit

Make Cosmovisor Directory and Copy Binary

mkdir -p $HOME/.dymension/cosmovisor/upgrades/v4/bin
cp $HOME/go/bin/dymd $HOME/.dymension/cosmovisor/upgrades/v4/bin

Check Version Again

# should be v3.2.0
$HOME/.dymension/cosmovisor/upgrades/v4/bin/dymd version
