Paloma v1.15.7 Upgrade

This guide assumes that you use cosmovisor to manage upgrades. If you do not use cosmovisor, please adjust some commands accordingly.

The upgrade is scheduled for Block 21886955. It is estimated to take place 3 months ago. A countdown clock is here. The governance proposal is here.

Install New Binary

cd paloma
git pull
git checkout v1.15.7
make install

Check Version

# should be v1.15.7
palomad version

# Should be commit 00a4143d0df8025ee68c02385239c19351ca5a56
palomad version --long | grep commit

Make Cosmovisor Directory and Copy Binary

mkdir -p $HOME/.paloma/cosmovisor/upgrades/v1.15.7/bin
cp $HOME/go/bin/palomad $HOME/.paloma/cosmovisor/upgrades/v1.15.7/bin

Check Version Again

# should be v1.15.7
$HOME/.paloma/cosmovisor/upgrades/v1.15.7/bin/palomad version
