Umee v6.4.0 Upgrade

This guide assumes that you use cosmovisor to manage upgrades. If you do not use cosmovisor, please adjust some commands accordingly.

The upgrade is scheduled for Block 11177300. It is estimated to take place 1 year ago. A countdown clock is here. The governance proposal is here.

Install New Binary

cd umee
git pull
git checkout v6.4.0
make install

Check Version

# should be 6.4.0
umeed version

# Should be commit 269f3b837d71da0ebd847bdba2db55e6542a0905
umeed version --long | grep commit

Make Cosmovisor Directory and Copy Binary

mkdir -p $HOME/.umee/cosmovisor/upgrades/v6.4/bin
cp $HOME/go/bin/umeed $HOME/.umee/cosmovisor/upgrades/v6.4/bin

Check Version Again

# should be 6.4.0
$HOME/.umee/cosmovisor/upgrades/v6.4/bin/umeed version
