Aura v0.7.3 Upgrade

This guide assumes that you use cosmovisor to manage upgrades. If you do not use cosmovisor, please adjust some commands accordingly.

The upgrade is scheduled for Block 5329503. It is estimated to take place 9 months ago. A countdown clock is here. The governance proposal is here.

Install New Binary

cd aura
git pull
git checkout v0.7.3
make install

Check Version

# should be v0.7.3
aurad version

# Should be commit abe5d816db0bb03397f7063ab51250d8053f99e4
aurad version --long | grep commit

Make Cosmovisor Directory and Copy Binary

mkdir -p $HOME/.aura/cosmovisor/upgrades/v0.7.3/bin
cp $HOME/go/bin/aurad $HOME/.aura/cosmovisor/upgrades/v0.7.3/bin

Check Version Again

# should be v0.7.3
$HOME/.aura/cosmovisor/upgrades/v0.7.3/bin/aurad version
