Umee v6.0.1 Upgrade

LFG!!

This guide assumes that you use cosmovisor to manage upgrades. If you do not use cosmovisor, please adjust some commands accordingly.

The upgrade is scheduled for Block 8427800. It is estimated to take place 7 months ago. A countdown clock is here. The governance proposal is here.

Install New Binary

cd umee
git pull
git checkout v6.0.1
make install

Check Version

# should be 6.0.1
umeed version

# Should be commit 3de0b0c05b8016dc8b3ecc8aab9a4c183fe6b1e3
umeed version --long | grep commit

Make Cosmovisor Directory and Copy Binary

mkdir -p $HOME/.umee/cosmovisor/upgrades/v6.0/bin
cp $HOME/go/bin/umeed $HOME/.umee/cosmovisor/upgrades/v6.0/bin

Check Version Again

# should be 6.0.1
$HOME/.umee/cosmovisor/upgrades/v6.0/bin/umeed version
