Stride v13.1.0 Upgrade

This guide assumes that you use cosmovisor to manage upgrades. If you do not use cosmovisor, please adjust some commands accordingly.

The upgrade is scheduled for Block 5044405. It is estimated to take place 2 years ago. A countdown clock is here. The governance proposal is here.

Install New Binary

cd stride
git pull
git checkout v13.1.0
make install

Check Version

# should be v13.1.0
strided version

# Should be commit 4b1c63332452b2772dc1b26b47547975b8cbd8e0
strided version --long | grep commit

Make Cosmovisor Directory and Copy Binary

mkdir -p $HOME/.stride/cosmovisor/upgrades/v13/bin
cp $HOME/go/bin/strided $HOME/.stride/cosmovisor/upgrades/v13/bin

Check Version Again

# should be v13.1.0
$HOME/.stride/cosmovisor/upgrades/v13/bin/strided version
