CosmosHub v11.0.0 Upgrade

This will upgrade Replicated Security to v2.0.0

This guide assumes that you use cosmovisor to manage upgrades. If you do not use cosmovisor, please adjust some commands accordingly.

The upgrade is scheduled for Block 16596000. It is estimated to take place 1 year ago. A countdown clock is here. The governance proposal is here.

Install New Binary

cd cosmos
git pull
git checkout v11.0.0
make install

Check Version

# should be v11.0.0
gaiad version

# Should be commit 541a8d86af28231c767d6db52eb88ba9496ad0c4
gaiad version --long | grep commit

Make Cosmovisor Directory and Copy Binary

mkdir -p $HOME/.gaia/cosmovisor/upgrades/v11/bin
cp $HOME/go/bin/gaiad $HOME/.gaia/cosmovisor/upgrades/v11/bin

Check Version Again

# should be v11.0.0
$HOME/.gaia/cosmovisor/upgrades/v11/bin/gaiad version
