Stride v11.0.0 Upgrade

This upgrade fixes IBC support for Ledger devices.

This guide assumes that you use cosmovisor to manage upgrades. If you do not use cosmovisor, please adjust some commands accordingly.

The upgrade is scheduled for Block 4291924. It is estimated to take place 10 months ago. A countdown clock is here. The governance proposal is here.

Install New Binary

cd stride
git pull
git checkout v11.0.0
make install

Check Version

# should be v11.0.0
strided version

# Should be commit 4b5d80ac5cafb418debc8a860959d4a6c6797cfb
strided version --long | grep commit

Make Cosmovisor Directory and Copy Binary

mkdir -p $HOME/.stride/cosmovisor/upgrades/v11/bin
cp $HOME/go/bin/strided $HOME/.stride/cosmovisor/upgrades/v11/bin

Check Version Again

# should be v11.0.0
$HOME/.stride/cosmovisor/upgrades/v11/bin/strided version
