Comdex v11.5.0 Upgrade

This guide assumes that you use cosmovisor to manage upgrades. If you do not use cosmovisor, please adjust some commands accordingly.

The upgrade is scheduled for Block 8184000. It is estimated to take place 11 months ago. A countdown clock is here. The governance proposal is here.

Install New Binary

cd comdex
git pull
git checkout v11.5.0
make install

Check Version

# should be v11.4.0
comdex version

# Should be commit d7a8b6628909ef08d145d6c217e8c6acb57b5beb
comdex version --long | grep commit

Make Cosmovisor Directory and Copy Binary

mkdir -p $HOME/.comdex/cosmovisor/upgrades/v11.5.0/bin
cp $HOME/go/bin/comdex $HOME/.comdex/cosmovisor/upgrades/v11.5.0/bin

Check Version Again

# should be v11.4.0
$HOME/.comdex/cosmovisor/upgrades/v11.5.0/bin/comdex version
