Fetch v0.10.7 Upgrade

This guide assumes that you use cosmovisor to manage upgrades. If you do not use cosmovisor, please adjust some commands accordingly.

The upgrade is scheduled for Block 11235678. It is estimated to take place 2 years ago. A countdown clock is here. The governance proposal is here.

Install New Binary

cd fetch
git pull
git checkout v0.10.7
make install

Check Version

# should be v0.10.7
fetchd version

# Should be commit 0637df7569d58511f5ffe679e3a7336aedb92834
fetchd version --long | grep commit

Make Cosmovisor Directory and Copy Binary

mkdir -p $HOME/.fetchd/cosmovisor/upgrades/fetchd-v0.10.7/bin
cp $HOME/go/bin/fetchd $HOME/.fetchd/cosmovisor/upgrades/fetchd-v0.10.7/bin

Check Version Again

# should be v0.10.7
$HOME/.fetchd/cosmovisor/upgrades/fetchd-v0.10.7/bin/fetchd version
