Osmosis 32.0.0 Upgrade

This guide assumes that you use cosmovisor to manage upgrades. If you do not use cosmovisor, please adjust some commands accordingly.

The upgrade is scheduled for Block 73304000. It is estimated to take place 21 hours from now. A countdown clock is here. The governance proposal is here.

Install New Binary

cd osmosis
git pull
git checkout 32.0.0
make install

Check Version

# should be v32
osmosisd version

# Should be commit e37a6f4752b2cace9ab921004d03116ffd4a6be3
osmosisd version --long | grep commit

Make Cosmovisor Directory and Copy Binary

mkdir -p $HOME/.osmosisd/cosmovisor/upgrades/v32/bin
cp $HOME/go/bin/osmosisd $HOME/.osmosisd/cosmovisor/upgrades/v32/bin

Check Version Again

# should be v32
$HOME/.osmosisd/cosmovisor/upgrades/v32/bin/osmosisd version
