Oraichain v0.50.13 Upgrade

This guide assumes that you use cosmovisor to manage upgrades. If you do not use cosmovisor, please adjust some commands accordingly.

The upgrade is scheduled for Block 92050000. It is estimated to take place 3 days ago. A countdown clock is here. The governance proposal is here.

Install New Binary

cd orai
git pull
git checkout v0.50.13
make install

Check Version

# should be 0.50.13
oraid version

# Should be commit fcc27251af9e1fb2ecb8df78005c8e9292d1bce1
oraid version --long | grep commit

Make Cosmovisor Directory and Copy Binary

mkdir -p $HOME/.oraid/cosmovisor/upgrades/v0.50.13/bin
cp $HOME/go/bin/oraid $HOME/.oraid/cosmovisor/upgrades/v0.50.13/bin

Check Version Again

# should be 0.50.13
$HOME/.oraid/cosmovisor/upgrades/v0.50.13/bin/oraid version
