Warden v0.7.4 Upgrade

This guide assumes that you use cosmovisor to manage upgrades. If you do not use cosmovisor, please adjust some commands accordingly.

The upgrade is scheduled for Block 3427000. It is estimated to take place 1 day from now. A countdown clock is here. The governance proposal is here.

Install New Binary

cd warden
git pull
git checkout v0.7.4
make install

Check Version

# should be v0.7.4
wardend version

# Should be commit 5fb2dc91b267f3ab39d19dcc72e5b5e721f916a6
wardend version --long | grep commit

Make Cosmovisor Directory and Copy Binary

mkdir -p $HOME/.warden/cosmovisor/upgrades/v0.7.4/bin
cp $HOME/go/bin/wardend $HOME/.warden/cosmovisor/upgrades/v0.7.4/bin

Check Version Again

# should be v0.7.4
$HOME/.warden/cosmovisor/upgrades/v0.7.4/bin/wardend version
