Subset Polkachu's Sifchain Validator

We are sunsetting Polkachu's Sifchain validator at 1600pm UTC on April 25th, a week from today. Delegators, please redelegate if you are still in Sifchain.

We are currently the Number 1 validator on Sifchain, and we do not take such decisions lightly. Overall, we have lost our confidence in the team's ability to rebuild Sifchain back into something meaningful. As a result, it is not the best use of our resources to continue supporting this network.
